Key Wholesale Terms

WHOLESALE PRICING

All prices are listed in USD. Retailers will receive 10% off the manufacturer’s MSRP. Sliding scale pricing may be available for small business retailers - please inquire for more information. We will cover 50% of the price of shipping for orders over $500. The Retailer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping and shipping insurance if needed. Payment in full is required before delivery.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

The minimum order value for wholesale Retailers is $150.

HOW TO ORDER

Your first order can be placed via email by submitting our Wholesale Inquiry form. Once we receive your order, we will invoice you. For future orders, you can use our website directly with your Wholesale Parter code.

RETURNS

Returns can be made within 7 days of product receipt by filling out our Return Request form. The retailer is responsible for return shipping and items that are returned in a state that is unsuitable for resale (broken packaging, etc.) will be charged a 15% restock fee. If an item is returned with original safety seal removed will not be eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer local delivery (in the Grand Rapids, MI metro area) for a flat rate of $10. Any deliveries outside this area will be charged a domestic shipping fee, which will be paid for by the retailer. We do not offer international shipping. The retailer will also cover the cost of shipping insurance if needed. We use high-quality packaging in attempt to secure products to their final destination, but we do not guarantee a damage-free delivery. We will cover 50% of the price of shipping for orders over $500.

BACKORDERING

We allow backorders to be placed on our products when we anticipate being able to fulfill the order within 90 days. Placing a backorder requires a 10% payment at the time of order, which will be applied to your final order price when fulfilled. If we are not able to fulfill your order within the 90 day backorder window, we will refund your 10% payment immediately.
