Project inquiries

Moody Mitten Studio stores the name, email, business details, project preferences, message, and contact permission you submit so Kate can evaluate and respond to your project. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored using Cloudflare D1 through the Sites hosting platform. The studio workspace requires owner sign-in. Project information is not published or sold. Hosting and authentication providers process technical information to operate the service.

Basic measurement

The site counts page loads and inquiry starts in daily totals, grouped by page and a broad referral category. These counters contain no names, emails, message content, full URLs, visitor identifiers, or advertising profiles. They may include repeat visits and bots. Browser session storage remembers a referral category until the tab session ends. Tracking respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

Abuse prevention

Inquiry submission uses a short-lived hash of the request IP and hour to limit repeated attempts. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. Expired rate-limit records are removed on later submissions. Hosting providers may maintain their own security logs.

Retention and your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete an inquiry by emailing katehaan@gmail.com. Unconverted inquiries are intended to be reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Client records may need longer retention for project and business records.
